Cory Magnuson serves as Energy Vault’s President of Asset Vault where he brings more than 18 years of experience in energy infrastructure development and operations. He has developed projects under world class investment funds and lead project finance, corporate finance and accounting teams.
Cory has raised over $3 Billion in project and corporate financing across the capital stack. He developed innovative hybrid-tax equity investment structures and flexible single-tranche preferred equity structures to maximize returns for investors and deploy more capital. Cory has structured numerous joint venture investment structures and joint development agreements to capitalize on strategic relationships to optimize capital deployment.
