Andrea Saxenhofer is Associate Director at WOC | Signal, where she leads strategic communications and integrated PR campaigns for clients across renewable energy, distributed energy, clean transportation, and climate technology sectors. She advises organizations on messaging, media strategy, executive thought leadership and public-facing communications in complex and highly regulated environments.
Andrea has supported utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage and grid infrastructure initiatives across the United States and Europe, with a particular focus on energy transition communications, public perception and stakeholder trust. Prior to joining WOC | Signal, she worked as an independent communications consultant supporting renewable energy development projects nationwide.
She previously held communications and public affairs roles at BKW Power Grid, Swiss Post, and the State Executive Office of the Canton of Aargau in Switzerland, where she worked on infrastructure communications, public affairs strategy, and government communications initiatives.
Andrea currently serves as Chair of Communications for the San Diego chapter of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE).
