Chaim Grushko is Senior Vice President at Soltage, leading the company’s Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management teams. He oversees commercial and financial strategy for Soltage’s operating portfolio, development pipeline, and corporate financings. With more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy investment, corporate finance, and law, Chaim has led major solar portfolio acquisitions and structured complex tax equity, debt, and corporate financing transactions. His expertise spans the full project capital stack, from development, construction, and term debt to tax equity and corporate credit facilities. Prior to joining Soltage, Chaim was a corporate attorney at Goldfarb Seligman & Co., advising on cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Israel.
